Makes about 15 big or 30 small cracker:
75g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
50g buckwheat flour
1-2 tsp curry powder
175ml lukewarm vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Add all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well. Next add in the lukewarm vegetable broth and the olive oil. Continue mixing until everything is evenly combined. The mixture should be spreadable easily. Otherwise add some more vegetable broth.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture thin and evenly. Bake it in the oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave the crackers to cool slightly before cutting them into 15/30 pieces (or simply break the down into smaller pieces.
Enjoy with hummus or avocado on top (or both!?) and store the in an airtight container.
